Barbara (Nelson) Pantages, age 85, of Trumbull, passed away December 1, 2017 in her home. Mrs. Pantages was born in Kensington, CT to the late Algot and Mary Nelson. She enjoyed going to New Smyrna Beach and spending time with her family sharing her famous baked ziti dish. She loved animals especially cats.  She was predeceased by her husband Clayton Pantages and her twin sister Betty Chernock. She is survived by her loving children Mark Pantages and his wife Sue of Old Saybrook, Dana Pantages of FL, Jill Visinski and her husband Andrew of Shelton and Lynn Pantages of Monroe; her sisters Carolyn Ryan of Milford, and Lois Hammond and her husband Robert of Woodbridge; nine cherished grandchildren Bryan and his wife Brittany, Michael, C.J. and his wife Janisha, Allie, Jake, Mikaela, Kyle, Ariel and Dylan and one great grandchild Janelle and several nieces and nephews. Services were private. Arrangements in care of the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull.  Memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter.
