William E. Scordato, age 63, of Norwalk, passed away on November 15, 2025 at Norwalk Hospital. Born February 12,1962, he grew up in Trumbull, living with his parents Diane and J. Edward Scordato, sister Cynthia and grandparents Daisy and Ed Scordato. He later resided at the Ella Grasso Center in Stratford and then at the Fairfield Regional County Regional Center in Norwalk.
Bill was a cheerful, active person who loved going for long walks and being out in nature. He enjoyed going out for coffee, movies and attending local concerts. Bill was well liked by the staff at the Regional Centers and at St. Vincent’s Special Needs program.
Bill is survived by his sister Cynthia Lauria, her husband John Lauria and niece Christine Lauria, all of Trumbull. Funeral services were held privately and burial took place in Long Hill Cemetery in Trumbull. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital or to Save The Children.
