Thomas E. Lawler

Thomas E. Lawler, age 77, of Seymour, CT, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024 at St. Vincent's Medical Center with his wife at his side. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Thomas and Elvira Lawler. He was a graduate of the University of Connecticut and worked as an investigator for the State of CT. Thomas was also a member of the Connecticut Army National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, going to the gym, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Oakland Raiders. Tom took particular pride in maintaining the landscape of his home.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Barbara Saksa Lawler and several cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Donna M. Pascarella, his nephew James T. Pascarella and his dear friend Frank Sessa.

Friends and family are invited to attend his graveside services on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at Resurrection Cemetery, 208 S Main St, Newtown, CT 06470.
