Sylvia (Crocco) Cipriano, age 94, of Trumbull, passed away May 6, 2020. Mrs. Cipriano was born in Waterbury, CT and was a longtime Trumbull resident. She retired after an extensive 10-year in retail management. She was a fierce midnight clammer and was noted as chicken of the sea. In her free time, she enjoyed hand coloring black and white pictures in the 1940s for Loring Studios. She also enjoyed baking and feeding everyone that came through her door. She enjoyed yearly trips to Cape Cod with her family and friends and was a mother to everyone that met her. She was a member of the Friendship Club at St. Catherine's Church, a daily communicant and Eucharistic Minister. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Pasquale Cipriano. Survivors include her three children Cynthia Horan, Barbara Gabriel and her husband Paul and David Cipriano and his wife Meribeth; her three cherished chickadee’s (grandchildren) Gianna, Maria and Patrick Cipriano; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Sylvia Parker APRN, Maria Dos Santos Nurses Aid, and Josie Laude nurse. Due to the current health pandemic, services are private for her family. Interment in Nichols Village Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (lls.org) in care of the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, Trumbull, CT.
