Robert Nolan, age 74, passed away February 16th in his home. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Joseph and Margaret Nolan. He attended the University of CT and later opened his own business, the National Collection Agency. Bob was a unique person who could never be described as subtle. He enjoyed the fare of an interesting restaurant and a movie that kept him guessing. After retirement and because of his health, Bob missed out on his true love of playing golf with friends on a picture perfect course with an even better 19th hole.
He is survived by his brothers; Joseph of Athens, GA and Gary and his wife Maureen of Stratford, CT. In addition, he is survived by his nieces; Meghan (Markus) Boeing and Elizabeth Nolan, his nephews; Sean Nolan (Cara Pelletier) and Kevin (Lauren) Nolan as well as six cherished grand nieces and nephews; Josef, Matthew, Liam, Connor, Evelyn and Nathaniel.
