Patricia M (Enright) Hammer, age 85, of Shelton, CT, passed away August 4, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Enright. Devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved baking with her grandchildren and taught many people how to make her famous tea rings. She was a gifted seamstress, even making her daughter's wedding gown. She was a former member of the Shelton Senior Center where she participated in the chorus. She will be greatly missed. The family thanks the entire staff at Wesley Heights and Caring Hospice Services for their compassion and concern for Patricia. 

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Richard Hammer. She is survived by her four children Lori and her husband Jeff Faenza, Linda and her husband Rob Lindquist, Rick Hammer and his partner Bob Brennick, and Gretchen and her husband Tim Delaney; her brother and sisters Kathy O'Connor, Nancy Enright and her husband Rick Veyhl, Holly Kahlich and her husband Arthur and Scott Enright and his wife Gretchen; nine grandchildren Jeffrey Jr., Andrew, Matthew, Brad, T.J., Kristen, Kate and her husband Sebastian Dunn, Lauren and Jack. She was predeceased by her brothers Joseph and Timothy.

Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Wednesday August 16, 2023 at 10:15 a.m.  at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m.  at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 220 Shelton Rd. Trumbull, CT. Interment will be private in Mt. St. Peter's Cemetery Derby, CT at a later date.  Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
