Muriel Bowen Obituary
Muriel B. Bowen, age 95, of Trumbull, passed away March 10, 2022 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born in Bridgeport to the late Andrew and Julia Bernat. She was a longtime member of St. Catherine of Seina Church. Muriel was an avid gardener, enjoyed entertaining, decorating, and fashion. Muriel was a blessing and huge emotional support to her family who she loved unconditionally. She will be greatly missed for her kindness, generosity, and advice.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene V. Bowen, Jr. and her loving children Eugene Bowen III and Valerie Greene and her sister Shirley Case.
She is survived by her four grandchildren Lisa Connor and her spouse Rob, Laura Reilly and her spouse Corey, William B. Greene and his partner Amanda LaPore and Natalee Green and her partner Brandon Smith; seven cherished great grandchildren Sean, Paige, and Erin Connor, Morgan and Michael Reilly, Luella and Coby Smith. Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. directly at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 200 Shelton Rd. Trumbull.
