Mary Christine Kentos

Mary Christine (Ayles) Kentos, age 95, of Fairfield, CT passed away December 31, 2022 in her home with her daughter and close friend by her side. She was born in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Ayles. Mrs. Kentos was a very nurturing and generous woman, opening up her door to everyone who stopped by, always ready for a friendly visit with her coffee made and plenty of pastries to share. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her devoted daughter Kathleen Kentos; her beloved granddoggie Emma, her loving brother Frank Ayles; two cherished grandchildren Erin Marie Kentos Sherwood and her husband Sean and Brittany Kentos, and several nieces, nephews, close friends and neighbors.
 She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward Michael Kentos Sr. and her son Edward Michael Kentos Jr. and his wife Kelsie, and three brothers William, Joseph and Raymond Ayles.
Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. 
 Interment in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford, CT on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
