Leonard J. Selezan Sr.

Leonard J. Selezan Sr. age 97,  of Huntington, CT passed away July 5, 2022 in his home. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Elizabeth Selezan. He worked as a financial analyst for Sikorsky Aircraft for many years, prior to his retirement.

 

Mr. Selezan loved sports. He enthusiastically cheered on his favorite teams, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns. He also enjoyed music, crossword puzzles and watching Turner Classic Movies. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Patricia (Buckley) Selezan and his three grandsons, Patrick John Selezan, Stephen Selezan and Matthew Selezan.

Survivors include his three children Leonard J. Selezan Jr. and his wife Kathleen, Lynn Ann Selezan and John Selezan and his wife Cathleen; his sister Dorothy Buynak, three cherished grandchildren Siobhan, Joseph and Jeffrey; many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral mass on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Rd. Huntington,CT. Interment will be private.
