Kathryn Schwarz

Kathryn Schwarz, age 69, of Trumbull CT, passed away February 22, 2023 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Donald and Pauline Schwarz. She graduated from the University of VT with a degree in education. She continued her education, receiving her master's degree to become a P.A.
Kathyrn loved animals, especially horses and dogs. She started riding horses at a very early age at a stable on White Plains Rd. near her house. Kathryn was a dedicated member of the community, having volunteered as an E.M.T. for many years and was a longtime member of the Nichols United Methodist Church. 
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother Donald Schwarz. She is survived by her brother John Schwarz, her beloved German Shepherd Lexi and many dear friends and neighbors including Barbara Payne and Cheryl Hoye.
Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, CT with the Reverend David Piscatelli officiating. Interment to follow in Nichols Village Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service.
