Jeannette Laprade

Jeannette Laprade of Trumbull, CT, passed away May 7, 2023 in her home. Mrs. Laprade was born in Kon Krest, PA to Henry and Genevieve (Jennie Sosnowski) Rominski on March 29, 1941.
She attended St. Michael's School in Bridgeport and graduated from Harding High School in 1958. She was also a graduate of Bullard Haven's LPN School and worked at Bridgeport Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 2004.

Jeannette enjoyed crocheting, reading, and needlework and also trips to the casino. She was a member of the Trumbull Senior Center. 

Survivors include her son and "daughter", Derek and wife Kim, cherished grandchildren, D.J. and Jessica, the joys of her life, her brother Henry Rominski and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Carol Pruzinsky. 

Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Friday, May 19, 2023 at  6:30 p.m.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Friends may greet the family on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
