Janet Carol Orloski

Janet Carol (Lucas) Orloski, age 77, of Oxford, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2022, at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was born in Bridgeport to Walter and Martha (Hall) Lucas.

Janet began her career in the Bridgeport Brass Corporation as an executive secretary. After raising her children Janet continued her career at Voltarc Tubes in Fairfield, CT. She then finished up her career at the U.S. Baird Corporation before retiring with her husband in Oxford, CT. Janet loved spending time with her family and most importantly her two grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Joseph of 57 years, and her children, Joseph Orloski of Oxford, Steven and his wife Tammy of Beacon Falls, and her cherished grandchildren Alexa and Tyler. She was predeceased by her father Walter Lucas and her brother Walter Lucas. At the request of the family all funeral services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cyril F.
