James A. Keane

James A. Keane, age 96, of Trumbull, beloved husband of the late Margaret Timothy Keane, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on January 20, 2023. He was born in Bridgeport, CtT to the late James and Victoria Keane. He graduated from the University of CT with a degree in Business. He was the proprietor of Keane Heiden Agency.  He was a proud U.S. Navy veteran. Mr. Keane was active in the community as a lifetime member of the Tashua Knolls Golf Club, a lifetime member of the Pootatuck Yacht Club and a lifetime member of LAMBDA CHI ALPHA.

 He is survived by his devoted daughter Nancy and her husband Peter Franci; three cherished grandchildren Jennifer Morin, Heather Franci and Christopher Franci, one great grandchild Jaxen and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his siblings Jack Keane, Allen Keane and Dorothy (Bunny) Keane.

Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral services on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, with the Reverend Henry Hoffman officiating.  Inurnment to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
