Edward H. Kelly

Edward H. Kelly, age 89, of Bridgeport, CT passed away peacefully on April 14, 2023 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. He was born in Baltimore, MD and was the big brother to eight sisters, He is survived by Bea in Arizona and Bernice in Texas who loved him dearly. His wife of 53 years, Jeannie Kelly passed away in 2011. He will be missed by his loving companion Arlene Brainard of Bridgeport. He enjoyed the love and admiration of many nieces and nephews. Edward served his country proudly and honorably in the Armed Forces for twenty years, serving  in two wars, Korean and Vietnam. He then had a second career in Bridgeport Machines for 25 years. Kindly, loyal, honorable and caring are words best used to describe Edward. He had a great sense of humor that sustained him throughout his life and made you enjoy being with Ed. He will be greatly missed,

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Monday from 4-6 p.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at  the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home. Entombment to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery.
