Our dearly beloved brother and friend Dorian R. Lord passed away, peacefully at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford on July 12, 2023. He was born September 2, 1965 in New Haven, CT to the late Chester and Helen (Kingston) Cwilichoski, and since that day never stopped living a life of joy, fun and humor. He attended St. Catherine of Siena Grammar School and St. Joseph's High School in Trumbull, CT where he made life long friends, Dan, Joe, Brian, Brian, and Nellie. Dorian graduated from the University of New Haven. He spent many decades serving the State of Connecticut in Bridgeport before relocating to the Hartford area several years ago to serve as an Equal Employment Opportunity trainer and coordinator. He was the life of every party, except when he had to take a nap after dinner! He traveled extensively, most often with his departed uncle, Al Kingston. They especially loved to travel to Catholic Pilgrimage sites in the US and overseas and loved ocean cruises. He was a member of several fraternal organizations and a communicant of several Catholic parishes.
He was predeceased by his brother Chester Cwilichoski. He is survived by brother Michael Cwilichoski and wife Donna, his sister Mary Farley and husband Todd, his sister Jeannie Sherman and husband Glenn, his sister Ellen Mahar and husband Sean, his sister Dede Tripp, several nieces and nephews, and cats. We love and miss you, Billy-bob! May this final journey be the BEST!
