Dennis Thomas Quinn, age 71, of Ansonia, passed away in his home surrounded by his family on March 18, 2022. He was born in Stamford and was a lifelong area resident. Dennis was an avid baseball fan and coached youth baseball in Norwalk. He spent his early adult years driving across the country, and found "God's Country" in Bozeman, MT. He loved good music, especially anything by Joni Mitchell, Elton John or Joe Cocker. Dennis took pride in building things with his hands; any kind of shelf and more recently garden boxes for his wife Candy. He ran his own masonry business for 30 years and enjoyed participating in local politics.
He is survived by his wife Candace (Brooks) Quinn of Ansonia, his three children Colleen Williams and her husband Thomas, Emily Quinn and Patrick Quinn; his four siblings, Patricia Martinik and her husband Steve, Gail Milke, Anne Frojen and Sean Quinn and his wife Katie, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Mary Beth Quinn, and parents Patrick and Louise Quinn. The family would like to thank the Whittingham Cancer Center and Constellation Hospice for their care and support.
