Caitlin Maureen O'Reilly

Caitlin Maureen O'Reilly, age 38, of Stratford, passed away April 26, 2025 in her home. She was born in Bridgeport, CT to Charles and Donna (Wells) O'Reilly on St. Patrick’s Day with fiery hair to match her fearless, giant spirit. Her big blue eyes loved to take in the magnitude of nature and could spot any animal within 100 feet for cuddles, rescuing animals like her kitties, Sam and Dean. Caitlin could build you a car, bake you a professional grade cake and catch you a fish all in one day. She was creative, a talented artist, and the best person to laugh with. Her whole heart belonged to her child, Faith Lee. Her friends were her family, and she leaves behind countless people who will think of her daily and forever. Keep rooting for the NY Giants, Yankees, Rangers and Boston Celtics in her spirit; the louder, the better. In addition to her parents and Faith, she is survived by her sister “Sissy,” Erin Hunt, and her husband James. 

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd Trumbull, CT. Burial will be private.
