Anthony P. Sorrentino, age 69 , of Bridgeport, passed away January 29, 2023 in his home. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Anthony and Maryann Sorrentino. Anthony retired from the U.S. Postal Service after many years of service. He was an Air Force veteran during the Vietnam War but did not see active duty.
He is survived by his sisters Linda Rose Smith and her husband Jan and Maryann J. Sorrentino; his brother-in-law Mark Raposa; four nieces and nephews Donald and Jessica Broderson, Tim Smith, Tina Radecki and her husband Troy; three grand nieces and nephews Kyle Ziegler, Zavier and Kenzie Marie Radecki, and many cousins.
He was predeceased by his sister Suzanne Michelle Sorrentino, and his brother Joseph Albert Sorrentino.
Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral services on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, CT with the Reverend Henry Hoffman officiating. Interment to follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Flowers are appreciated.
