Joyce Mae Perry

Joyce Mae Perry age 88, of Trumbull, passed away on March 21, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury.  She was born in East Orange, NJ and was a longtime Trumbull resident. She was a graduate of Bassick High School. She worked for United Technologies and was a longtime employee of the Trumbull School System as a crossing guard and food service worker. She is survived by her son Scott Perry and his wife Jennifer of Beacon Falls; a sister Carole Hobson and her husband Melville of Trumbull; her two grandchildren Michele Evan and Conner Perry; her son in-law Ernest Evan of AZ; a sister in-law Gloria Hoyt of Stratford; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard; her daughter Linda J. Evan; a brother Robert D. Hoyt. Friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday March 27, at 9:45 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Theresa Church 5301 Main St. Trumbull. Interment will follow in Long Hill Cemetery. Friends may greet the family on Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
