Humberto Joaquin Juarez Barillas, age 63, of Stamford, passed away April 24, 2017 in his home. Humberto was born in Guatemala to the late Joaquin and Elsa Juarez. In his earlier years he was the proprietor of a cleaning service .Humberto enjoyed spending time in NYC, NY, walking the High Line and sight seeing. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed soccer and baseball. He was also a lover of history and watched the history channel regularly. He is survived by his devoted brothers and sisters, Martha DeLeon, Cesear Juarez, Helga Garcia, Elizabeth Oliva, Elsa Fox, Aura Velasquez, Sonia Vazquez, Myra Moran, Brenda Escobar and Fernando Juarez and many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Gloria Juarez. Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral services on Friday at 12:00 p.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Inurnment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may greet the family on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
